Detailed Product Description
A carbon molecular sieve belongs to carbon sorbent.
Features:
1) A carbon molecular sieve belongs to carbon sorbent. It is a carbon material with many hollow holes in its structure. Its hole-structure is irregular. CMS is one kind of non-metering compound and its main performance is based on the micro-hole structure
2) The air separation capacity of CMS relies on the different speeds of diffusion of gas passing CMS micro-hole and/or different adsorbabilities
3) Under balanced condition, the adsorption amount of CMS to oxygen and nitrogen is very close, while the speed of oxygen molecule passing through the micro-hole structure is much faster than the speed of nitrogen molecule
4) This principle is the base of CMS nitrogen generation. At the moment far before the balanced condition occurs, using PSA process flow, nitrogen is separated out from air .
Technical parameters:
1) When adsorption pressure is 0.6MPa, the nitrogen purity is 99.9,99.5 and 99.0 percent, their nitrogen flow are respectively 120, 180, 220 N cubic meters per hour and nitrogen air proportion is 30, 41 , 45 percent
2) When adsorption pressure is 0.7MPa, the nitrogen purity is 99.9,99.5 and 99.0 percent, their nitrogen flow  are respectively 125, 205, 245 N cubic meters per hour and nitrogen air proportion is 30, 41 , 45 percent
3) When adsorption pressure is 0.8MPa, the nitrogen purity is 99.9,99.5 and 99.0 percent, their nitrogen flow are respectively 130, 220, 275 N cubic meters per hour and nitrogen air proportion is 31, 42 , 46 percent
4) Grain diameter: 1.5 mm
5) Adsorption period: 2 x 60s
6) Pile proportion: 630~650g/l
7) Compressive strength: not less than 100N/grain
