August 11th, 2011, two sales engineers, Zhiliang Cheng and Jianyi Chen, paticipated in a internationl training course in Pine Tree Hotel in Shanghai. The chief speaker is Jose Luis Aguilar, from Ecudor, who has much experience in developing advertising campaigns, market researches and has produced many social events and business missions. 

The topic is What Do Clients in South America Want. In terms of course details, it mainly includes summary of South America market, doing business with South America and Question and discussion. The training were very interesting. Especially, the beginning way of each section, Mr. Aguilar would play a game with audiences, then followed with summaries, analysis and further discussion. This training not only told differences from Chinese market, but also gave listerners an opportunity to learn local cutoms and manners. Thus, it improved the export enegineers’ skills and made them know more the market and marketing in South America.
