Air dryer air condenser cleaning, should try to avoid crushing the wind wing surface condenser
Air condenser should ensure that sufficient space around the ventilation, can not work in direct sunlight; regularly use compressed air to remove surface dust, cleaning with compressed air flow, the pressure is not too much. Air dryer, water-cooled dryer maintenance of knowledge

(B) Electronic Drain Cleaning Method:
a. The automatic drain valve off the front of;
b. Loosen the top nut, take regular coil, the coil cleaning process has not come into contact with water, otherwise the coil will burn;
c. disconnect the hose, loosen the drain valve, the compressed air inside the vent drain; d. Remove the spool to wipe clean;
e. Screw the valve back into place, gently open the little front-end ball valve with compressed air within the drainage system of impurities, water, oil draining; wipe with a cloth body;
f. the spool, coil by in situ back in time; then fitted hose, open the front ball.
(C) frequently observed in the cooling water system, compressed air system inlet temperature
1, cooling water temperature of 2 ~ 32 ℃;
2, pressure 0.15 ~ 0.3Mpa;
3, compressed air inlet temperature should generally be ≤ 45 ℃ (with appropriate hand deep into the trachea is not hot), a special exception.
4, cooling water should be kept clean, Y-half of the filter cleaning, water well once a month; water condenser cleaned once a year (depending on water quality may be), air condenser cleaned once a month;
◆ shell and tube condenser cleaning water: turn off the cooling water inlet, open the cover missed water, cover and gasket just use water to clean the external; brass internal gas, water or even a cleaning cloth stick ; cleaning should not force too much attention, so as not to break the internal brass.
(D) cooling system frequently observed
1, freeze-drying machine at least touch the compressor once a day, normal for the cold, frost;
2, filter drier touch each week on both sides of the temperature difference, not a large temperature difference (hot imports, exports will need to replace the cold);
3, if found to have abnormal noise and heat the compressor as soon as possible contact with the service.
(E) Check the electrical control system: purge dust, tighten the terminal (which must not live under)
