On April 20, after the board resolution, RICH Technology Center was officially established and run. RICH Technology Center is a research and development organization. Based on the enterprise's development needs and changes in the market, RICH Technology Center provides directions and ideas of new products, new processes and new technology.
It is learned that, RICH Technology Center, simultaneously sets up “RICH Technical Review and Advisory Committee”, which will be related to the assessment, evaluation and guidance of company products, development planning and research and development plans.

At present, the technology center personnel structure is based on the existing technical adviser and research and development resources, in the sufficient to employ from a unit other than one's own, RICH Technology Center is composed of technical advisers, the technical person in charge and research and development personnel, totally 15 persons, 8 of which are senior engineers.

In order to take full advantage of existing strengths and conditions for the effective integration of existing resources, improve enterprise capability of independent innovation, technology center at this stage focus on the work listed as follow: First, establish technology center's organizational structure and operational mechanism, and effectively carry out research and development work , in a clear development plans and objectives of the Technology Center on the basis of a positive organization and implementation; Secondly, to create good working conditions, attract the best technical talents to work for RICH, working out long-term scientific and technological innovation and effective incentive mechanism to promote research and development workers enthusiasm and creativity; thirdly, establish a rational structure, high-quality technical consultant team, which has outstanding technology leaders engaged in specialized research and development work; Last but not the least, initially establish of science and technology innovation project and acceptance review process, insisted that take the market as the guidance, the benefit as the central meaning, and choose the research developmental items who has the market prospect, the technological advance and remarkable benefit.
